This article contains information on the CTU Training Solutions Application form and requirements for admission into certificate and Diploma as well as undergraduate Programmes for the 2022/2023 academic year.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified SCHOOL LEAVERS, NON-SCHOOL LEAVERS, and SPECIAL CASES.

CTU TRAINING SOLUTIONS ADMISSION GUIDELINES AND FORMS

It is in your best interest to apply before the deadline as space is limited per course.

Step 1: Choosing your Course

  • Please choose the course of your choice and the campus you would like to study at or where the programme is offered

Step 2: Apply online

  • Access the online application or visit a campus near you.

Step 3: Upload documents

  • Complete the Applications online application with the following supporting documents stated below and submit it online.

Step 4: Competency Assesment Testing

  • All new students need to undergo a Competency Assessment Test (CAP) to determine applicants numeracy and literary levels. It is not meant to exclude but rather assist students. Please Contact the Career Guidance Officers per campus for more info

UPLOAD SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION

Everyone applying for a new qualification must submit the required documents (all first-time applicants and CTU Training Solutions students starting a new qualification). The due date for uploading the required documents is the closing date for applications. No documents submitted after the closing date for applications will be accepted.

CTU Training Solutions does not provide scanners or electronic devices. Please ensure that your documents are scanned and uploaded to an electronic device before starting the application process.

Make sure that your application is complete

If your application for admission to study through the CTU Training Solutions is incomplete, you will have to re-apply during the next application period.

CTU TRAINING SOLUTIONS APPLICATION REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  • Certified copy of Student ID
  • Certified copy of Matric Certificate
  • Proof of highest qualification
  • Copy of student permit (where applicable)
    * The following documents must be submitted should payment terms be required. No terms will be allowed unless the needed documents are present.
  • Certified copy of Fee Payer, or, Sponsor ID (only applicable when choosing payment terms)
  • Copy of Fee Payer’s, or Sponsor’s most recent Salary Slip (only applicable when choosing payment terms)
  • Proof of fee payers address (only applicable when choosing payment terms)
