For the 2023/2024 academic year, information about the St Stithians College Application form and the prerequisites for admission into Grades 10 to 12 is provided in this article.

Prospective students for grades 10 to 12 who meet the required qualifications are encouraged to apply.

GUIDELINES FOR ST STITHIANS COLLEGE ADMISSION

For yearly programs, students must pre-register at the end of the current academic session for the next one (i.e. the following academic year). Admission registration fees must be paid in full in order to submit the admission form. For admission purposes, certain documents are required for your application to be successful. All of them will be listed below.

St Stithians College Admission Eligibility:

  • St Stithians College welcomes applications for admission to the Junior Preparatory (Grades RR to 2); the Boys’ Preparatory (Grades 3 to 7); the Girls’ Preparatory (Grades 3 to 7), the Boys’ College (Grades 8 to 12) the Girls’ College (Grades 8 to 12). PLEASE NOTE: St Stithians Girls’ College does not offer boarding.
  • The two major points of entry for new students are Grade R and Grade 8. As places become available in the other Grades, these are filled from the relevant waiting list.  If you would like your child’s name to be added to the other-Grade’s waiting list, please e-mail [email protected].
  • The admissions process is guided by the College Admissions Policy .

All applications for St Stithians College are managed through our Central Admissions Office. The Admissions team will be the point of communication with parents during the admissions process.

How to Apply Online to St Stithians College Admission:

  • Kindly visit the St Stithians College Online Application Portal or Admission Page.
  • Click on “Apply Now” button to proceed.
  • On the page, kindly create a registration account to apply by clicking on “”
  • Fill in your Name, Surname, Cell Number and Email Address.

Once you have registered you will receive a link to continue your application. From there the process is as follows:

Once you have completed the application process you will be required to pay once-off the R650 non-refundable registration fee per child. You can return to your application at any point using the link in the registration email.

ATTACHING SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS FOR ST STITHIANS COLLEGE ADMISSION

The relevant documents may be uploaded online OR attached to the application form. Applicants must send certified copies of all required documents to all of the schools they applied to if they are submitted in hard copy. If you have already uploaded your documents to the system, you are not need to send them to the school. If you can’t upload a document on the system, then only send it to the school.

In the application form, the application fee is specified. Ensure you complete your application accurately and correctly.

You will need to reapply during the following academic year if your St Stithians College application for admission to study is not complete.
